Carlie Norris is the founder and lead mediator at Circle Mediation Ltd.With over a decade of experience working with families through some of their most difficult transitions, she is known as one of the UK's leading voices in child-focused mediation.Carlie is fully accredited by the Family Mediation Council, trained in Child Inclusive Mediation, and is a very active contributor to national reform in family justice. She’s as comfortable facilitating emotional conversations between parents as she is presenting at national conferences on the future of family dispute resolution.Carlie has highly skilled in Restorative Practice, Restorative Justice, and Family Group Conferencing and delivers training to Local Authorities on Restorative Approaches, which compliments the setting of mediation.

Isabel is an FMA trained Family Mediator, a member of the Family Mediation Council.
Isabel trained as a family mediator in May 2024 and joined the Young Family Mediators Association Board in February 2025.
Isabel has worked with Children and Families for 14 years in a range of settings and coordinated multiple award winning projects including for Peabody, Art Against Knives, Battersea Power Station Development Company and Wandsworth Council.
In 2020 Isabel co-founded a laptop recycling initiative called Power to Connect and received an MBE for services to the Wandsworth Community in 2022.
Isabel has worked with many couples and families during crisis situations and separation, supporting around conflict, childcare arrangements, child protection and safeguarding. Isabel is a Safe Lives trained YPVA (Young Person specialist IDVA) and an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA).
Isabel is highly organised, practical, and clear in her approach to supporting clients through separation, divorce, co-parenting and looking to the future.
